Nico Valdez started Aspiring Scenes at UC San Diego. Before that, he trained at the U.S. Naval Academy, with a background in quantitative economics and accounting — a foundation that shapes how the agency works: measured, disciplined and focused on return.

Nico describes himself as a systems-and-capital operator. His focus is the infrastructure behind growth: CRM pipelines that don't leak leads, AI that removes busywork, and websites and ads that are tracked down to the dollar.
