Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [EDIT: legal entity name], doing business as Aspiring Scenes ("we," "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information, and the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").
1. Information we collect
- Forms: name, email, phone, company, budget, timeline and project details you submit through quote, contact and question forms.
- Checkout: email, billing name and address, and order details. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary storage (for example, your cart and cookie choice) and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies.
- Analytics: with consent, Google Analytics 4 collects device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and interactions.
- Meta Pixel: with consent, the Meta Pixel collects page views and conversion events to measure and optimize our advertising.
CCPA categories: identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and professional information.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and deliver services.
- To process payments, subscriptions and invoices.
- To send service communications and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time.
- To measure site performance and advertising effectiveness (with consent).
- To protect against fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers we share with
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- Hosting and database providers — to run this website and store submissions.
- CRM (such as GoHighLevel) — to manage leads and client communication.
- Google and Meta — analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies.
4. No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA; you can opt out at any time by declining cookies via Cookie settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.
5. Your rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and limit use of sensitive information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [EDIT: email] with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.
6. Cookies and consent
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Analytics and advertising scripts load only after you accept. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records). We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do.
